It was a great choice to stay at 59 Bayswater Grove, a comfortable and very well kept house in a good location at a walking distance to city centre and 5 minutes away by bus (at least 4 different buses three blocks away) . There are lots of shops around in the area, so everything is at hand. Besides being always very kind and ready to help whenever needed, the landlord provides all the information regarding the tenancy with great clarity. You can be confident everything will be dealt with honesty.

Throughout our tenancy any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Mo has gone out of his way to accommodate us - supplying us with any extra furniture and assisting us with legal matters regarding Leeds City Council. 59 Bayswater Grove is a lovely property, which is wonderfully furnished and has been a comfortable home for us. The property is ideally situated as it is within walking distance from town and NSCD, where we study. There are shops nearby and regular public transport links. We are sad to be leaving such an understanding and conscientious landlord and thank him for our time at the property.
