Mo took us through the renting process in a concise and easy to understand manner, happy to answer any questions, no matter how trivial. I was very uncertain about moving away from home however 20 Elford Grove has been nothing but a second home to me. The house is clean, spacious and full of character, making it feel comfortable and homely. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and perfectly sized. The house is well furnished and all in very good condition. Whenever a problem has arisen it has been fixed instantly by Mo who is an excellent landlord. Finally, the location is great as it is only a 10/15 minute walk from NSCD and has bus stops nearby making journeys into the city centre quick and easy. I have no complaints about Elford Grove and am very impressed by our landlord Mo who has been extremely helpful and attentive.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the house, the very affordable rent and the location - everything you need is nearby. The highlight of the year was the landlord, Mo. He is very responsive, helping his tenants in the best and quickest way possible. It makes it very reassuring to have such a reliable landlord.
