Silva Rawnsley, Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2022). I have been living at 9 Elford Grove for a year now and it has been the best possible experience of renting. The house is lovely and the sort of place that feels easily like a home and not just a house. The rooms are all really good sizes and all the appliances are pretty new and work like a dream. Mo is a great landlord. He is super committed to making renting with them the best possible experience. He has been so helpful in making moving to a new city stress free, from helping to explain any query I might have about living in Harehills to dealing with even the smallest of issues with the property quickly, professionally and with great care. He is a very respectful and always considerate of what his tenants might need. I look forward to continuing my tenancy with Fab Student Homes.

Tom Noble, Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2019). I lived in 9 Elford Grove during my first year at NSCD. Mo have been a great landlord and has answered any query I may have had. He has fixed any problem there may have been at the house as soon as you could.

Nora Monsecour, Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2017). 9 Elford Grove was a fantastic place to live in during my first year. It was only a 10 min walk from NSCD and had lots of other student houses nearby. Mo, our landlord, is a fantastic person, and was contactable whenever we needed help in any way. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable living at this house. Overall 9 Elford Grove is a great house, with a lot of great features and lots of happy memories for me.

Olivia Smith-Fallon, Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2014). The house, 9 Elford Grove, has been a wonderful place to live as a student especially due to the high standard of the landlord. Any problems encountered where quickly and effectively fixed by the landlord with minimal stress for me and my housemates. I would highly recommend the property and the landlord.

Ben Skinner, Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2011). This is my fourth year at 9 Elford Grove and out of all my experiences with student accommodation this has been the best- as my extended tenancy bears tribute to. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with immediately and with as little fuss as possible. When the washing machine broke down we had a replacement fitted the very same day. The house is exceptionally well looked after and I have always felt that these high standards are due to Mo's high level of organization and management. From the very first day I arrived in Leeds it really felt like a home away from home and I truly value having a landlord I can easily communicate with and get hold of in times of emergency.

Vasilis Ladopoulos, PhD Student in molecular biology, University of Leeds (2011). A really nice house, well taken care of. Massive kitchen, good sized rooms. High standard furnishings. The landlord is promptly taking care of everything that might go wrong with the house and is also arranging all the bureaucracy issues (council tax, utilities etc). Good bus connection to the city centre and close to Tesco and quite a few small shops. Takeaways just around the corner. All in all I had a fantastic 3 years in this house.
